I-Mold, a Tooling company under JSB Polymers Pvt. Ltd., is headed by Shri. Bibhu Prasad Bhuyan, a qualified plastics engineer specialized in plastics mold manufacturing and design. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, particularly in Plastics and Rubber products for packaging, consumer durables, and automobiles, Mr. Bhuyan possesses extensive project management expertise. In 2010, Mr. Bhuyan co-founded Willow Polymers Pvt. Ltd., which merged with Paramount Polymers Pvt. Ltd. in 2019. The merged company is involved in manufacturing Plastics and Rubber moulded products for various sectors, including appliances, automotive, furniture, and tractors. They operate manufacturing facilities in Pune, specifically Ranjangaon MIDC and Chakan MIDC.
Under Mr. Bhuyan's leadership, the company has achieved significant growth, reaching a turnover of 170 crores within a decade. In recognition of his accomplishments, he received the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award in the Rubber & Plastics category from ET MSME Excellence, Pune chapter, in 2019.

Jignesh Bhuyan is a Mechanical and Polymer Engineering professional with a strong academic and practical background in tooling, polymers, manufacturing and process development.
As Director at I-MOLD – JSB Polymers Pvt. Ltd., he oversees the complete operations of the tool room, driving manufacturing, project execution, quality, planning and process optimisation. His approach combines engineering knowledge with a strong focus on technology, automation and continuous improvement.
He is also actively leading the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in tool manufacturing, exploring smarter approaches to tool design, manufacturing planning, process optimisation, quality control and productivity. His vision is to integrate advanced technology with skilled engineering to make tool manufacturing more efficient, precise, scalable and future-ready.
